| | | | | | Cookery | | | The curriculum of Sutton Park Junior School is unique to the School. We teach the revised curriculum as used in Irish state schools and our curriculum is further enriched by an Arts Programme which includes Drama, Fine Art, Music and cultural excursions.
We also teach an enriched Science Programme which includes the use of the local environment and food science and we consciously adapt the curriculum to cater for the cultural diversity of the student group. We are ever conscious in the delivery of the curriculum that we must expose our students to a variety of learning opportunities.
Junior and Intermediate School pupils enjoy the fun of learning how to cook. They often make dishes to bring home to their families for supper along with providing dishes of their choice to events like the Annual Global Feast. With the help and guidance from some of our fabulous parents the children truly have a great time in this class.
